I have transitioned into UX Design after building a career in customer experience, sales, and project management, where I learned to listen deeply and solve problems with empathy. Trained through Designlab’s UX Academy, I honed my skills in usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with stakeholders to turn insights into intuitive, polished designs. I have a passion for applying these skills to redesigning interfaces where efficiency is lacking, turning frustrating products into effortless experiences for the user.

Spotify Karaoke Mode
Spotify Karaoke Mode is a feature concept designed to let users sing along to their favorite tracks with real-time lyrics, scoring, and shareable performance options—bringing a social, gamified layer to the Spotify experience. This solo UX design project focused on integrating the feature seamlessly into Spotify’s existing mobile app while enhancing user engagement through intuitive flows and playful interactions.
